i’m hoping we get a tinker model in 11.1 and then maybe something else in 11.2
That’s a good question. I would assume up to this point there are no Pepe TWW costumes.

They haven’t added any new Pepe costumes yet this expansion, but I’m hopeful. I use the addon Pepe Collection to track my costumes.
Pepe all black with a white stripe down the middle.
Stoned, uh… Stone Pepe.
Considering we still don’t have account wide Pepe skins and the fact that the toy has been bugged due to the first Plunderstorm customisation breaking it by overiding all your collected skins, I wouldn’t hold my breath on blizz paying much attention to this toy.
