This expansion has been the most toxic one I’ve been a part of.
Tanks and healers refusing to play if we don’t follow their M+ route.
Tanks joining M+ just to dip out as soon as the timer starts.
Healers who want to dps and forget to heal and leave if you call them out.
Raids of players intentionally wiping progression because they didnt get a trinket.
Bran existing in delves and pulling random packs to wipe us (only sort of a joke)
Hope y’alls experience has been better because its been rough here.
The solution to this is always and has always been available. Guilds. You have to join one, if want to have predictably good experiences in group content. Pugs have always and will always have a high potential to be toxic because there’s narry a crumb’s worth of social contract there.
I am not sure I have seen a single aspect of this happen for me yet. Really, i am not sure I have ever encountered much of any of that in my years of playing WoW.
Then again, being social with a guild fixes a lot of things.
Not saying It was me wanting to lead the way; but when the whole group goes right and only the healer wants to go left, then refuses to heal when the tank pulls is toxic.
