VDH Threat is very bad, also the tank busters just 1 shots VDH trough spikes and frat 7 stacks from 100% health, its very bad, please do somthing about that

      • When Benediction triggers on a target, it will now extend the duration of Renew if a Renew is already active instead of replacing it.

Delves

  • Brann Bronzebeard
    • Developers’ notes: Over the first few days of Season 2, Brann’s Tank specialization has become the best choice for completing Delves by a lot. While we’re excited to support a true healing-focused playstyle in Delves for players who prefer that gameplay, we must address this situation where healer + Tank Brann was much too effective compared to every other combination of player role and Brann specialization. Our goal is for Brann’s specs to be roughly balanced against each other, and for the difficulty of Delves to offer a satisfying progression whatever a player’s preferred playstyle is.
    • Electro-Charged Gadgets damage buff now grants 30% increased damage per stack (was 25%).
    • Electro-Charged Gadgets damage buff will no longer stack with DPS and Tank specialization heal over time or passive off healing effects.
    • Electro-Charged Gadgets damage buff now has a 5 second Heal over Time/Passive healing internal cooldown for Healer specializations. Does not affect beneficial spell casts that are not heal over time or passive.
    • Electro-Charged Gadgets damage buff now stacks up to 12 times (was 20).
    • Tank Brann Boomstick Blitz damage reduced by 35%.
    • Tank Brann Boomstick Blitz deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets.
    • Tank Brann Electro-Charged Pistol damage reduced by 35%
    • Tank Brann Pistol Shot reduced by 15%.
    • Tank Brann receives 60% increased damage.
    • Tank Brann maximum health has been reduced by 20%.
    • Bronzebeard’s Brown Bear melee auto attack damage has been reduced by 80%
    • Bronzebeard’s Brown Bear second stomp damage reduced by 25%
    • Bronzebeard’s Brown Bear third stomp damage reduced by 35%.
    • Bronzebeard’s Brown Bear stomp damage deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets.
    • Pinged Augment Chip now grants 4%/6%/8%/10% maximum health with respects to its rank.
    • Pinged Augment Chip now causes Brann to lose all threat if the bot hits him.
    • Pinged Augment Chip fixate debuff will now have a large icon display.
    • An issue causing Brann to double dip on the benefits of Bronzebeard’s Brown Bear maximum health and dodge chance has been resolved.

Dungeons and Raids

  • Liberation of Undermine
    • Rik Reverb
      • Rik Reverb’s health reduced by 10% in Mythic difficulty.
      • Pyrotechnic’s health reduced by 10% in Mythic difficulty.
    • Stix Bunkjunker
      • Stix Bunkjunker health reduced by 10%, and Garbage Dump now inflicts up to 2% of Stix’s health at maximum size on Mythic difficulty.
      • Territorial Bombshell health reduced by 10% on Mythic difficulty.
      • Scrapmaster health reduced by 10% on Mythic difficulty.
    • Mug’Zee, Heads of Security
      • Base health of enemies reduced by 10%, while increasing health scaling factor on Raid Finder, Normal, and Heroic difficulties.
        • Developers’ notes: We’ve noticed that smaller raid sizes are struggling more than intended with this encounter. These health changes aim to make the encounter more viable at smaller raid sizes while maintaining the difficulty of near-maximum raid sizes.

Items

  • Mechano-Core Amplifier - Lowest secondary stat effect reduced by 5%.
  • Garbagemancer’s Last Resort - Reduced the delay until Garbapoclypse to 3 seconds (was 10 seconds).
  • Machine Gob’s Iron Grin should no longer drop for Monks.

Player versus Player

  • Will to Survive and Gladiator’s Medallion now share a 60 second cooldown for healer specializations (was 90 seconds).

      • Developers’ notes: The one-shot potential with Flanking Strike was too devastating, so we’re reducing its damage and distributing that damage to the rest of the kit for Survival.
      • Flanking Strike damage reduced by 30% in PvP combat.
      • All spell and ability damage increased by 4% in PvP combat.
      • Spearhead increases critical strike chance by 15% in PvP combat (was 30%).
      • Deadly Duo increases your critical strike damage by 15% in PvP combat (was 30%).

      • Voidweaver: Inner Quietus is now 25% more effective in PvP combat.
      • Voidweaver: Void Blast damage increased by 30% in PvP combat.

      • Developers’ notes: We’re making a few significant changes to Subtlety’s damage modifiers that when stacked together can cause very high burst damage. Our goal for these changes is to decrease the maximum output, but increase the consistency of Subtlety’s burst windows. We would like to ensure that they are a threat even without all these modifiers present, but have their high-end output capabilities be more in line with damage expectations.
      • Finality now increases finisher damage by 8/15% in PvP combat (was 15/30%).
      • Shadow Blades now duplicates finishers at 10% effectiveness in PvP combat (was 15%).
      • Darkest Night now increases the damage of Eviscerate by 10% in PvP combat (was 19%).
      • Symbolic Victory now increases Eviscerate or Black Powder damage by 10% in PvP combat (was 18%).
      • Danse Macabre now increases damage by 2% per stack in PvP combat (was 4%).
      • Backstab damage increased by 20% in PvP combat.
      • Gloomblade damage increased by 20% in PvP combat.

      • Lava Burst damage increased by 20% in PvP combat.

      • Icefury damage increased by 20% in PvP combat.

Professions

  • Engineering
    • Fixed a bug that prevented the Crumpled Schematic: Wormhole Generator: Undermine from dropping from its associated treasure.
      • Developers’ notes: If you have already acquired this treasure, you can purchase the intended item from an Engineering Supplier in Khaz Algar or find the treasure again on another character. As this is a warband unlock, the character is not required to be an Engineer for either method.

I know you guys dont care about tanks,but letting it be known that bdk tierset icebound fortitude still overwrites if you have it up already.

I know it probably wont be fixed but who knows
 plenty of other things more important than fixing tank specs

Holy part was added on to the existing patch notes which were posted before this week’s reset, nice try smartass.

And now, Tank Brann is no longer a Tank. Congratulations! You overcorrected the problem, Blizzard, now Brann is dying in +8s and higher.

I just did a tier 11 delve Mycomancer Cavern,

My Disc Priest is now a way better tank. Brann died through empowered shields and pain suppression, twice. I failed a Tier 11 Delve with Brann as a tank. Every single add including the non-elite ones would take him out. Could not survive any of the Undermine packs.

I restarted the Tier 11 with Brann as a DPS
 Brann actually tanks much better as a DPS and I was able to complete the delve comfortably as a Disc Priest.

Priory is still kind of nuts.

The bleeds, random shots and the disgusting divine tolls around the 2nd bosses room are wack.

15-20 second CD on the Toll that does 50%+ with 4 of them in the one room. Can’t exactly pull small with the tight timer either.

Just found out in a Shuffle that you applied this nerf to Holy as well which effectively killed Oracle completely for this spec. Well done.

This is the 2nd time you’ve done this and you never undid the last Oracle nerfs to Holy.

That is very disheartening to read, as I haven’t event tried Tier 11s yet with Tank Brann; I’m playing Mistweaving Monk for Healing.

At this point, we may as well try to con actual tank-players into tanking Delves for us.

I mean that’s what I do. Or maybe just cause it’s my husband and he’s just being nice. :laughing:

You broke Elemental Shamans completely. Your PvP nerfs turned into PvE Nerfs and they are backwards on top of it. All our main attacks are hitting for 20%-30% lower and we are seeing less overloads, so it’s a double nerf that effectively kills the spec in any competitive gameplay and makes delves a horrible experience. This needs fixed ASAP otherwise elemental will be the lowest DPS spec by a MASSIVE amount.

Now if these nerfs were meant for PvE and were just unlisted in the notes, even if you just fix the 20-30% back into a buff, it’s still a nerf. The math is in a thread called “Math is hard” on the shaman forum and basically our main casts see up to ~15% nerf and our finishers see up to a 10% nerf. All while making the gameplay boring and miserable.

Don’t be too disheartened. This change was awful and so short sighted that DPS Brann is a much better tank. I am not joking. Set him to DPS and when pulling let him get aggro. Just have to manage your aggro. On the Priest I was fine as Brann did more DPS than me. On some occasions if I picked up an extra add I had to use Fade to reduce my aggro.

DPS Brann can take much more punishment than Tank Brann. Try it, I’m not being hyperbolic or exaggerating here.

Execute damage on fury and arms lowered by 20 and 30%, respectively.

Fix the paragon caches

For the love of all that is holy, PLEASE FIX THE HP SCALING IN DELVES!!! Doing delves with guildies was something I truly enjoyed and now the ONLY way its really do-able without spending 53845034850345 hours on EVERY BOSS KILL is using tank Brann.

Tank Brann IS NOT the problem, it’s the boss’ scaling and how much hit points EVERYTHING has! Fix that and revert tank Brann, you’ll see more people use the damage and heal versions of Brann more. But as a healer, as of this “fix” tank Brann is UNUSABLE!

  • Epic Bind-on-Equip items from the Liberation of Undermine raid that were mistakenly converted to Bind on Pickup and became soulbound have been reverted to Bind-on-Equip. Mythic raid BoEs will continue to drop as Bind-on-Pickup and matching the looter’s specialization for the early weeks of the season, but will no longer be tradeable even after meeting existing item level requirements that would allow items to be traded in other circumstances.
  • Resolved an issue where Pristine Kaja’Cola cans were not dropping from S.C.R.A.P. piles for players at Renown rank 14 with the Cartels of Undermine.
  • Amorphous Relic - Primary stat effect increased by 106% and secondary stat effect increased by 148%. Effects reduced by 50% in PvP combat.

Player versus Player

      • The Invisibility and damage reduction effects from Overpowered Barrier will no longer be triggered when using Blink or Shimmer while holding a flag or orb in battlegrounds.
