So, i downloaded the beta on my PC and I even updated my battle net and it says when I log into the beta, it says incomplete in red markings ? Why is this? I bought the $100 version
Well I donāt think it has anything to do with how much you spent. So letās rule that out right away.
Did the download complete or was it just the minimum to start playing? Because that minimum usually doesnāt actually let you do much other than log in. Make sure itās fully downloaded and installed. Still doesnāt work? Delete, try downloading again.

My PC meets the requirements just fine. I run the game in full settings and addons tooā¦ Just all the servers are red and the beta tab is grayed out as well.
They did say they were going to fix the server stability today. Perhaps theyāre working on it. Exit Bnet, restart computer, see if it forces an update. If not, Iād try the Tech Support forum or look for any updates on server maintenance.
Ok, well you probably better off asking in the tech support forum, or beta forum if there is one. Iām not in it so I canāt offer any experience to compare to. Hopefully someone there can talk you through it.
Its cause you didnt give enough. Throw another $100 into the floppy drive

The news article says to go to the tech support forum. CS canāt do anything.

words have meaning, read the words that are written my god.
it says āincompatibleā because you are on the pre-patch ptr tab, at the bottom it has a tab for the three beta servers.
which are currently offline.

Do you mean āIncompatibleā in the server list? This usually means the game client isnāt compatible with the server version of the game. I had this yesterday as well and it cleared up after a while. So I am guessing either they are patching servers and a new update will be needed or youāre not actually on the latest version. Check for updates, run a repair, or reinstall.

Look at the bottom of the server list after you log into the game. Make sure youāre on the Beta tab.
The beta servers were down a little while ago for a reboot, idk if they are up again or not.
But you saw āincompatibleā because you were looking at the PTR server list and they require a different version of the client to connect to, hence incompatible.
I figured Iād pass it on so poor CS doesnāt have a breakdown. LOL
