It literally takes like 12 hours to level to cap but Blizz thinks that it’ll take the vast majority, weeks. Brain dead company.

Seriously, this right here.
RWF players will be online 10-12 hrs a day from Aug 22nd regardless, but this means the rest of us who push HOF don’t have to giga no life for weeks prior to the raid even existing.
This is not a RWF/Esports decision, it’s a life saver for everyone else.

This is just another in a series of bad decisions that I don’t like.

Man I really want to play the game besides leveling for that long. Early access even less worth.

As somebody who actually does that content, totally disagree. I’m delighted to have a week to learn the fights on Heroic before stepping into Mythic a week later. That’s how they did it for years, and it was a good system.

This announcement doesn’t say anything about normal raids right? Am I missing it?

No, it doesn’t specifically mention normal raids but I’m sure they’ll open on the 10th of September with LFR and Heroic Raids.
NO shade but that is exactly what a casual player would say. If you need a week to learn heroic dungeon fights before you step into mythic 0s than you fall exactly into one of the 2 groups I mentioned.

Why are so many keys still being ran after aotc ce is done? If they even to that content.

My bad but how would Mythic raiding releasing the same time as Heroic raiding change anything you or your guild wanted to do? Would you not be able to learn the fights and progress through Heroic at your own pace before going into mythic? Or mythic+ for that matter. Is there anything that says you CANNOT do the content you prefer if the other content is released at the same time?

How far into the season do YOU usually get CE?
My advice is to do Normal and Heroic and Mythic raid the first week, on top of cramming in as many M+ as possible, and let us know how YOU liked it. Because that’s the hellhole we’ve had in Dragonflight.
Heroic does not take long (a night or two) but that’s a night or two on top of doing Mythic and cramming in all those M+'s.
Again: M+ is the problem.
If Blizzard tunes the Mythic raid on higher gear than anybody has - which they do, because of M+, and have since Nighthold - then you have to do M+, or the raid is overtuned.
Only got it once in CN then stopped raiding aint gona push 6 hours a week for it. Not worth it.
But to answer your question half of season I’d say (got to 8/9 in 2nd raid of SL cant remmeber the name). Took our guild half a season. Not really gona go and look at the numbers atm.
Point is number of keys that drop ilvl on par with mythic raid being run is astronomically higher than guilds pushing CE.
