I just defeated this guy but didn’t get the shirt, why ? 
Edit: Found a solution, apparently you have to buy that dice item from the vendor for 100 brawler’s gold and then you can queue up for random brawls. If you defeat this guy in random brawls, you get the shirt (weird system).

You need to do the random challenge cards for the shirts, I believe. It’s been a while since I did the Brawler’s guild in BfA, I didn’t touch it since I got my Bruce.
I ranked up to rank 8 now, but no idea how I can do random brawls now or how I can get random brawl cards
