The velf customization is a low move blizz

just take out the argument about alliance now legitimately get belfs with the new skin tone.

But you came out and said allied races were not getting any updates for character creation for shadowlands. but alliance are getting some with velfs? but horde arent getting any?!!! thats a low move blizz. im sorry, but its true.

The horde community has been begging you for updates to the terrible nightborne models/customization ever since they came out. but alliance are getting some and horde are not. cmon blizz. if youre going to say AR’s arent getting any, but then one side is, you have to give some to both sides. Nightborne are in need of serious reworks/updates.

But ive seen in the forums already people are wanting a compromise. And I think belfs should at least then get velf hairstyles (without the tentacles of course lol.)

But cmon blizz, thats a really low move if horde arent getting anything for customization for our AR’s

Didn’t Blizz also say, just a few weeks ago, blue eye elves weren’t going to be a thing?

People change their mind, it happens all the time. Alliance need some love this expansion anyway, especially after the Vulpera/Mechagnome thing and how high end raiders have deserted the Alliance. Remember of course when Blizz tried to even out the population when everyone was Alliance, Horde got overpowered racials and blood elves.

I knew the “no new AR customizations” thing wouldn’t last. I would stop worrying though, I’m almost positive every AR will get something now.

They said the allied races probably weren’t going to get worked on right away. The first patch would focus on base races, then allied races later.

Be patient, it’s not that big of a deal.

I think that will depend entirely on how much time they have. There’s 10 races and some require SERIOUS work

You know you can get this without having to put the Alliance down?
& i fully support the nightborne getting some love.

Calm down lmao

And they say alliance cries

Well, some could come in patches. But I have a hard time seeing them leave anyone out. If VE gets stuff, I’d wager they all do.

I feel like the whole “allied races weren’t getting new customizations” thing was killed when lightforged were getting longer tails along with regular Draenei.

Well thats not really a blizz problem, thats more a player problem.

but i understand that vulpera are outright just a cooler race than mechagnomes, but at least both sides got something.

you cry and tantrum if you don’t get the Christmas present you want, don’t you Cartman?

This is rich when Horde got literally every AR they asked for for 2 expansions.

Blizzard caved to pressure of the people, time for us to get elite PvP rating requirements removed so we can all benefit from those sick transmogs.

There’s a lot of revisionist history on this forums, but i’ve seen A LOT of Horde tears whenever the Alliance gets something the Horde doesn’t.

It’s almost as if… it’s a personality issue and not a faction issue

(Speculative): Seems to be the price of getting blue eyes for Blood Elves. That, and Void Elves are only getting eye colors and skin tones that already exist. It’s very minor stuff. I imagine all Allied Races will get new eyes with the changes as well.

(Commentary): I’m also hoping that when they set to work on expanding Allied Race customization, the early additions to Void Elves means they have less work to do on them, and can then invest more time into working on Nightborne. To be more specific, let’s say 9.1 is the Void Elf and Nightborne patch, and Void Elves don’t get new skin tones or eyes, but just hair colors, hair styles, jewelry, and tattoos perhaps. Meanwhile all the time that would’ve been spent on other customizations for them, is invested in overhauling the Nightborne.

Nightborne is so ugly.
I really don’t know why I dislike them so much… there’s nothing outright horrible about them. They just seem… off.
They’re like Walmart brand Night Elves.

Ideally they’d like the game balanced, it’s healthier that way. Ion said back in 2018 in a Forbes interview that they’ll be looking at “passive incentives” to get some raiders back to the Alliance.

I’m still waiting on those. Maybe the bee mount was one, I dunno.
