I’ll keep this brief and direct. I understand the vault is random and I agree it should be. However, could it please be considered to not allow it to offer 3 items for the same slot? I grinded out my 3 choices for the vault today, and my 3 options were all necks :D. Pretty lame to be honest.

Honestly, you might want to post on General Discussion or use the in-game suggestion tool. The devs do not come to the support forums for player feedback or suggestions.
Will give it a go. I’m not looking for a response or any type of action on my end. Just maybe something they’ll consider moving forward was my only intention. Not intended to be a discussion.
Then use the ingame suggestion feature that way you can avoid discussion.
