Though, it feels a little cheap that they’re revealing that there were disguised Dreadlords in Sinfall this entire time but they didn’t give demon hunters ANY clues when using Spectral Sight.

Are they even demons now though. I may have it all wrong but I feel like Dreadlords being the demon version of Nathrezim is somewhat retconned now, with ‘Nathrezim’ and ‘Dreadlord’ being presented as synonyms (?) and Nathrezim being a race born of the Shadowlands, rather than a race corrupted by Sargeras and turned into what WoW calls ‘demons’.
They have the look, but are they uh… fel? Does anyone know, including the people writing this stuff??
With enough exposure to the Twisting Nether and fel, anything can become a demon in the Burning Legion. I imagine most would consider Eredar to be demons given the complete transformation they are in terms of appearance between regular Draenei.
