Same here. Finished Power of Night and still campaign progression for Unseen Guests, though it does show as marked done in the achievement.

I did not get it on my main but all was good on my alt
You do have credit. The chapter progresser marker on the map is bugged. If you check your achievement journal, you’ll see you have credit for that chapter.
In the Chains of Domination quest chapters, it shows I am 6/9 because The Unseen Guests is still white and unchecked. However, I did complete it and the Achievement for it is checked off. I am really 7/9 because I was able to complete the next chapter. According to forums this is a common problem. I am worried that at some point it will bite me in the butt. Please let me know if this is going to be fixed.

At least I’m not alone. 
Seems like a bug in the Quest log. If you cleared Castle Nathria and did the final quest there, it skips a small story quest explaining that the sword contains Denathrius. The skipped quest is not marked as completed, and there is no one way to go back and complete. You still receive credit for completion in the achievement, but it leaves the Quest Log out of sync.

I have the same problem. Just completed the questline but it hasn’t marked off in my quest log.

Our developers have confirmed that this is something they are working on fixing, but so far we do not have an estimated time frame for the fix. Fortunately, this is only a visual bug, and does not prevent you from progressing through the Chains of Domination campaign or earning the achievement.

Based on what I am seeing, this appears not just to being a bug, but a program defect, where credit is not provided within the progress indicator for the Chains of Domination campaign.
Outside add-on is showing completion, in-game achievement log/tracking, as well as a true/false script run to show completion is indicating “true” for quest-line log number 63647 (The Unseen Guests). The earliest this defect was reported on the forums appears to be July 27, so this is suspected to have been broken with the July 24 update and maintenance.
Let’s see if this defect is corrected with a patch this next week. There does seem to be some good news in the GM response that stated there is no impact to the campaign progress. I was able to proceed to next campaign steps, and now just held up (gated) for Renown 56 to start the next part of the campaign.
i have also not gotten credit. I completed the following one for Power of the Night and it shows completed.
Thanks for sharing this. I was just going to continue doing my quests and hopefully I don’t encounter anymore issues. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.
Bumping this again. I have both The Power of Night and A New Path done but it says The Unseen Guests is not complete.
