Nope. Twinks should die or que xp off. OP, this post is absurd. There’s no reason you can’t que against other people who want to explore the “creativity you can come up with” via the xp-off bracket.
Just ran a few leveling BGs to get a feel for this. Honestly, even a regular, full set of heirlooms is enough to feel broken. If I added enchants / gem slot items from chromie, it’d be just as stupid as max level randoms currently are.
Leveling happens too fast now for a new player to ever keep up gear-wise. I just encountered players in the 10-19 bracket still rocking ilvl 5 greens, and some literally with white items.
Twinks have no place in leveling brackets. Honestly feels like leveling brackets need the opposite of what you want. Heirlooms need a tune-down or quests need to reward gear more frequently. I don’t even really want to que into leveling brackets with unmodded heirlooms on.
Blizz already set aside a cold, dark, isolated corner for you to play in. Go play there. There’s no reason to turn new players away by bringing twinks in. They are already weaseling their way into the leveling brackets as is…

If you cared to read, I’m advocating for the new players, despite having a full heirloom set for all 4 armor classes, myself.
It doesn’t really feel fun to que into the 10-19 bracket and throw up dots as an aff lock and watch people melt. Can’t understand why others want to do that. I shouldn’t be munching people before they reach me. I barely even know SL aff lock. I should have gotten pounded.
I can however, see how it would turn players away. Twinks should die. My heirlooms should get nerfed. Quest items should be buffed.
I have very not fond memories of level 89 dks with sunlutes

Heirlooms do not feel broken at all. They are worse than dungeon gear in every bracket but 59. Most levelers I see do not have a complete set at all. People who do are the rare exception.
Yeah, I don’t know what this dude is talking about. Even the upgrade gear you get inside the actual BG as a reward for winning is typically higher ilvl than BOA gear.
Though I don’t change it out because 1, I’m lazy, and 2, I’m cheap and they already have enchants on them. But I have a friend who twink levels hunter and spends like literally over 500k gold (AH buying new stuff/enchants) and then just deletes the hunter and does it again.
I’d appreciate it if you didn’t team up against me and harass me all the time. I wasn’t even talking to you. 9 days later… wow.
