Unless there is something which specifies the level of the content, there is no level requirement for the dungeons/raids/wq
I don’t even do raids or PVP or even do M+ anymore and I can fill the line up in less then 1 day …
Yes they do unless stated…you can do all the old world quest dailies just in Pet Battles …BfA…counts…MoP counts…Shadowlands counts for pet battles…
Old dungeons do not count unless you are doing them on a leveler.
I think they should have a few more options for sub max level players. They give the quest originally to down to level 10 characters, but there’s next to nothing on the list a level 10 can complete.

I think they should give mounts every month least they can do ,
most of the childrens week stuff.
all of the darkmoon stuff.
it’s a feature which is designed for the current expansion.
if too many of the activities were based around old content, people would complain because they don’t want to have to go into “outdated” content to complete the tasks.
Going to doubt that a level 10 can fill the bar.
Yeah, I do like 800 points or so on leveling alts and farming old dungeons/raids. It’s kind of crazy to me when I see the rare complaint that someone couldn’t get 1k in a month. It takes like 2-4 hours.

You don’t need farm nothing that you don’t want, speacially in this case, because it’s just about cosmetic stuff.
You are imagining that the level 10 who got the quest is going to look at it and say, “oh, if I figure out what these holiday quests are in 3 weeks they’ll let me start working on it.”
Or maybe, “I guess this wasn’t even meant for me, they just wanted to make it seem like they were letting me do it.”
Whatever makes you feel like level 10’s that can’t complete the content they were given quests to do are doing it wrong by trying to play the game.

Not really not with type of player base we have in game now …Post has been out less then 4 months and many are complaining they have to work too hard for rewards…some said they couldn’t get the jester outfit for a whole month now…as you said you could fill that line in a couple hours of doing some dailies and old world stuff which for a max lvl toon is easy peasy…
i’m sure people can level past 10 in a month.
anyone who doesn’t have Dragonflight, would already be needing to find a way to obtain the extra 500 tenders per month.
if not, nothing bad will happen if they wait for the items to cycle around again.
