you tag the mobs with the item but no taut tethercoil when killed. was working last night but today not working. stuck on 16 cant finish quest for my axe

just file a report and hopefully they will get to it soon. doubt we will hear anything before tomorrow since sod just dropped

Confirmed as well, nothing is dropping.
Stuck at 7/50… killed 15+ rares… lets go blizzard fix your game.
Same here, stuck at 23, killed 4 rares and got no more
Can confirm - not working. flying around for an hour killed 1 and walked away with the tether still on but nothing. Tried again finally, same result. Tether still on the dead rare and nothing. Frustrating when there rares are so hard to find during more active hours.
It was working fine all day, then I logged out and before I logged back in, there was a patch update. After that the quest stopped working. I am currently stuck at 25/50 and cannot progress. Otherwise I’d be done and have my legendary by now 
Funny how this just happened - the legendary quest JUST dropped for me off Fyrakk …
I really hope they can fix this before the weekend.
Can confirm the same bug is still ongoing with no taut tethercoils on kill despite everything done right. Stuck at 14/50 since yesterday morning =/
Same here taut won’t drop at all. Too many bugs in this chain to wait this long
Still not working and the threads on wowhead and the forums get longer and longer with no definitive statement from the Devs.
I did the raid on my Warrior in LFR, Normal, and then also Heroic every single week for a month and when I finally get the drop, I spend around $100,000 gold on everything needed to complete the quests which is insanely expensive and all I get for it is a lost bag slots! The series is over 2/3 done and all I get in reply is be patient ><
This is the Legendary quest line and it should be Legendary, instead it is a common failure.
It appears to be working again
