Idk about you but when I see LFtank Heroic BM and my warrior JUST went arms for raids, I feel like my gaming experience is “lessened” right there and I’m sure the 4 others don’t feel good about waiting around another 14 minutes for a tank. The nonsense you soccer mom casuals spew out is just shocking to me.

Nonsense. The devs created dual spec along side wrath talents and they were perfectly compatible. They didn’t have to make the major changes in cata.

Yeah, I dealt with it by never playing another spec or participating in PvP because it was too much of a cost. 300g+ a week just to respec isn’t appealing. We’d have more tanks and healers available with dual spec and maybe even more PvP participation on the Alliance side.

Worst part is, these people who complain that they don’t want dual spec are threatening to quit the game more than people who want dual spec. Whether people get dual spec or not, for those who are for it are still sticking till the end.
Meanwhile, the people who gets dual spec change, which their gameplay will not be affected at all in general, are threatening to quit like this is some Disney World policy changing like their Splash Mountain matters.
The population is far lower than 2007-2009 TBC in this classic, and the people who play and don’t want dual spec are staying in high populated server, so of course they don’t want em. It doesn’t affect them in any way.
Meanwhile, Blizz has been sending emails to players to ask if people are gonna play FF14 and if people will go to new WoW classic servers with changes QoL to see if that will make players enjoy the content more.

I like resto shaman but I also want to play elemental too.
I like ret pally but I feel like I should also tank for the guild who needs a run. I think every situations require for dual spec, and honestly WOTLK resolved the lack of lfg through dual spec more than LFG cross realm system.
