I keep thinking I have the quest because I’ve accepted it like 4 times now. But it keeps dropping and I’ve filled like 10 orders since. Really annoying bug.

To further elaborated on this bug report, the quest is improperly dropped upon character logout.

Doing it to me as well, anytime you log out of the toon or reload UI even. had 2/3 orders filled this time and it dropped again when I reloaded my ui.
This happened to me numerous times. It also appears that taking a portal (i.e. Portal To Azj-Kahet) also drops this quest, regardless of progress.
Edit: For a test; I picked up quest, used Dalaran Hearthstone, immediately upon moving in Dalaran the quest was dropped from tracking, removed from log, no notice given.
Still broken.
