It’s because you continue to be angry over inconsequential matters that makes others think you are trolling…when in fact, you are now the one being trolled. As long as you persist in taking a misunderstanding as a personal affront, they will continue to be amused by it. Let it go, and they will seek entertainment elsewhere.
On second thought, that sounded too harsh. I know your original purpose was to exchange informative dialog with the OP, and anyone else that might have been interested. What you seem to be unaware of, is that this subject has been discussed here on the forums ad nauseum, and will now always devolve into snarky meme-ery…because that’s what GD forum posters do.
As has been said by those that are trying to be helpful…relax, and touch the grass. It’s not worth the aggravation.

Calm down Tiffany’s alt, no one insulted her. In fact, pretty sure she was the first one to go on the whole insult train with her rant against Asmongold, which had about 0 to do with the conversation other than being the one who asked Ion about the Sword.

It’s fairly apparent that her ‘rant’ about A’gold had nothing to do with meme-ish quality of the subject matter, so that’s a rather straw-grasping rebuttal…and considering his past behavior toward other players, he is more than deserving of any criticism he receives.
Since you’re going to make unlikely aspersions about other posters being her alts…which are easily disproven by comparing profiles…then I shall return the favor by suggesting your peculiar defensiveness of A’gold probably stems from being one of his sycophantic followers.

No, it was out of nowhere and in direct reply to me finally giving her the source of the meme. It just embarassed her even more because after not getting the meme (ie, being OOTL), she added on top of it by going on an infuriated rant about the guy who just asked the question.

I would like to preface this with saying I like WoW and I like the Lore. That being said we will just have to wait and find out. Whatever Idea they have in their head about its origins, it will probably retconned and changed by the time they roll out the official re-official story on it. Just the way it seems to go with WoW.
