Ok so I’ve been wandering around this area for like 10 minutes and I can’t find anything besides Harps and Freshleaf.
If it isn’t bugged then they really need to up the spawn rate of the other things you can interact with and make them more visible.

Yes, I have checked WoWhead but that doesn’t help given I’ve never been able to get waypoint commands to work.
