For the Priest class mount the quest “The Sunken Vault” is bugged. When you get to the vault, the NPC’s will speak but Magni won’t open the levers. NPC’s then bounce around the screen and nothing happens. I’ve disabled all addons… Deleted my WTF several times and still occurs. Reported two tickets already.

I am having the same problem. I have arrived in the underwater cavern, but after they talk there is no way to interact with the NPC’s or any objects in the area.

I am also having the same problem. The NPCs just bounce around with no way to interact with Magni to get the vault door open.

I just accepted the quest and the same thing happened to me. I’ve already abandoned the quest and started again, but it’s no use.

Yeah I have a open ticket that hasn’t been answered for like four days now. I still check it every day. I abandon and reattempt it.

Haven’t been able to find a fix. I have a open ticket that the estimated day for a response back keeps going up.
yep same here, waiting for a day and its estimated it will be up to 7 days for a reply. Hope it gets fixed so others dont suffer lol
Seems this bug has been around for over a month at least too… frustrating!!!
It wouldnt be so bad but I imagine a lot of us have spent the last couple weeks working toward this goal
only to be met with this… ooof! XD

Seem like an easy fix…just restore the quest perameters…but how long do we have to wait!
Yeah mine is over 7 days now. Thinking of making another ticket if maybe it’ll help. Kind of sucks that it’s the last part and it’s bugged. I just wanna be done with it lol.
Update: Got a response back for my ticket and the GM marked it as complete for me. They are aware of the issue and working on a fix.
i loaded into the same mess the observatory wont open magni is sitting there with his thumb up his rear and neither brann or betild have any worries lol good to know that they know about it but it’d be better if they added a switch so we could open the door, lol heres hoping its fixed by the next maintenance… i just want my weird looking owl mount lmfao
Best chance at this point is opening up a ticket. What I did.

make a ticket as soon as possible. I read here an other places its many days to wait for response and or manual review.
Been waiting a few days on my ticket for this myself and its sad and I hope this problem gets fixed soon for others sake!
Bug is still active. The support page now says contact directly and that this issue is being reported multiple times.
I hope we can all get this resolved and get out priest mounts soon!
i’ve had a ticket open for a week now with no response aside from the automated one which was useless, so i kept the ticket open still no response
I ran into the same issue and this is how I resolved it.
Submit a ticket via Stuck on a Quest, do not submit a bug as it doesn’t create a ticket to be responded to.
Just state that you are stuck on “The Sunken Vault” quest and specify where you are stuck. I got a reply within 24 hours and they gave me credit where I turned in the quest and got the mount.
If you really want to see the interaction for the quest, there are plenty of You Tube Videos that show the steps leading up to the completion of the quest.

That seems like a much quicker way to get something resolved. I had to wait like 3-4 days for a response back lol.
I did not have time to complete this quest while it was working. Broken again. The option to write to technical support is not interesting. I want to execute exactly this scenario.
