I think alot of people aren’t realizing the fact that Blizzard has the power to destroy everything we love with their writing. My theory is that they deliberately botched the Shadowlands story as a warning to us to stop complaining so much.
What has criticism gotten us? Nothing. We have no control over Blizzard. They are way too powerful. We should just accept that we are very lucky to have the plot of shadowlands and it shouldn’t be taken for granted. Just imagine what else they can do if we continue being negative.
Let’s turn this into a positive discussion, please.

They have destroyed 99%, please be realistic.
Look I don’t think Shadowlands is the best story ever written but seriously every time people complain about the story its always some ridiculously off base thing thats entirely based on some streamers take who also didn’t bother to play the game. It’d prolly be easier for people to listen if every discussion didn’t turn into an endless jerking session about how much they hate Sylvanas and the jailers fruit bowls.

Exactly. So much!!! If people learned to be positive, then WoW would be saved. Positivity creates compelling stories.
I would be fine with a positive story, I am kind of hoping 10.0 reels it in a little bit and we can take a break from the world ending threats. Maybe next expansion we just tell the big bad guy no and he agrees and we all just chill at the end of the raid and have an ale.

I don’t think we should have to be positive about an xpac that is terrible along with the terrible story.
