The quest is showing available on the map but when I go there it is not there to pick up, so I can’t accept the quest, anyone else seeing this?

My wife is having that problem, too. When she googled it, we found that it’s a Dragonflight quest!?
Same issue here. I see the quest on the Valdrakken map but the NPC isn’t there. Read online the quest was moved to Dornogal (NPC standing next to The Rookery summon stone). The NPC is there but not giving me the quest. I wonder if you might need to be lvl 80 to get it (i’m still lvl 77)?
nope, my partner is on the quest and none of their toons are level 80 yet. i didnt even get the prerequisite quest, which is apparently supposed to happen automatically (we both got the epic edition), so i suspect theres some shenanigans going on on blizz’s end
