I saw it was a collection quest and was hopeful it wouldn’t be like the shadowlands pre-order armor. And it seems like it is. You have a chance to get storm spirits from mobs, when it shouldn’t work like that. Keep the 50 but make at least 1 a guarenteed drop from regular mobs, with world elites/rares and dungeon/raid bosses dropping more.
