We canât reiterate enough that purchasing heirlooms does not constitute twinking and that average players will have them; youâre deliberately gearing in a below average manner, despite having more than enough resources to contribute further, and therefore may meet the definition of a leech.
Iâve already proven that this is the average gear you get via leveling 1-29, and no itâs not a problem with my gameplay; as a 2400+ Experienced player I Know exactly what Iâm doing in regards to PvP and I for sure am not going into battlegrounds naked.
The fact that any twink thinks that if someone else doesnât twink theyâre essentially naked in bgs is exactly why this stufdf is being changed.

so essentially a bunch of twinks think that anyone who just buys the game and goes into the bg is a leech and terrible human being. gotcha.
What that is saying is that a fresh 120 with lvl 285 gear will never get invited to a Mythic raid or dungeon unless they are getting carried. In such a case it is understood that the low lvl player will not be contributing anything to the win. A fresh 120 in a normal bg also does not contribute to a win, they are leaching from the higher geared team members. The only time a fresh 120 would not be leaching is the first week or two of the expansion.
So yeah, letâs put fresh newby players in their own bg & see how well they do without the higher levels to carry them.

If youâre not having to face other twinked characters then youâre not leeching or being carried, or anything of the sort⌠Youâre facing average vs average.
Itâs not enchanted heirlooms, and itâs the average gear you get while leveling 1-29. So no, Iâm not lying; youâre the one doing so as a twink which seems to be a heavily twink-only thing. They think if youâre not in the best possible gear for your level and turning off your xp at certain spots etc etc that youâre just some awful player that doesnât know what theyâre doing(Itâs always sub-glad players saying this too which is funny.)
You may also want to figure out what privating a profile means and how to armory someone.

I think thereâs a stark difference between an actual new player doing the best they can, and a player who claims to be 2400+ experience, that leveled 50 characters to cap not being willing to spend a couple thousand gold in a manner that would contribute to doing better in a team-based game.
The first is doing their best with what they have; the latter simply chose not to contribute to their team in favor of hoarding gold. Its like bringing a guy to your raid that never buys consumables, when you know they can afford them just the same as everyone else.

What I am saying is that if you chose not to put the time & effort into your toons that the rest of your team has done, then you are a leach and are being carried. If your team is ok with this because you paid them gold to carry you or they are just good people like that, then more power to you. If you want to win, be your best!

Enchanted heirlooms is only average gear for twinks, which as weâve seen is a very small minority of the population of the game. Youâre the one peddling something thatâs not realistic because you play in a playstyle that is not realistic or average.
