Wait, did they give twinks their own queues again? I missed that if so. And if so, thank god.
Thanks for tuning in. No, they did not.

Ah shoot. So whatâs the problem then? Or is this just pre-emptive complaining?
Iâd say thatâs a huge lie as every expansion I re-level characters and actively quest + BG. Que times were 5+ hours sometimes. Que times now are 5-10 minutes
is there really a major power gap between a non twink and a twink in a bg?
No, and itâs a huge myth right now. Difference between a non-twink and twink is negligible with dungeon gear and BOAs.
You didnât get the memo? Blizzard wants you to play their way.*
*Their way subject to change.
I leveled mostly in battlegrounds for the past 20 levels, and I really didnât find twinks to be an issue except in the 110 bracket. And since the 110 bracket only lasted one level, that wasnât terrible either.
I hope this is a bug and will be promptly fixed.
if thatâs the case, and you think there are SO MANY, why are the twink queued by themselves not popping? if there are really so many why canât they get into a bg?
Seeing as I had a much easier time getting more casual friends into low level BGs once the change went into effectâŚ
I really doubt my friends were the only ones who decided to give it a try. Yes itâs anecdotal, but I honestly experienced quicker queues and saw more unique players post-change.
Eh, I donât like winning because of twinks on my team, either. I like to play the BG, have a fair chance against my opponents and them have a fair chance against me, too. And yes, there can be that much of a power gap between a twink and a non-twink. Similar to how thereâs a power gap between a fresh maxed toon and a maxed toon thatâs had some time to get higher item level gear.
I never said it was the only way they were leveling.
People mix it up. They run dungeons, do quests, toss in a little PvP for flavor and just have fun. Not everyone is on a warpath to level as fast as possible.
Next?
Hrm. That sounds more like a bug to me. Did bug reports forum say anything about it? Or still silence from the blues?
Except Iâve gotten 2k+ plus for the past couple of seasons, what you call pvp isnât pvp you buy your victories with gold and garbage.
Itâs actually funny that you believe itâs pvp
Many of the twinks I play with are endgame pvpers as well with better ranking than you. That is not an argument. Nor is your opinion that itâs not pvp. Weâre not fighting bots.
How dare you not have fun while watching a 2x 2 match where the most decisive factor is how much the twinks on each side will care about the BGâs objective, while you pray to god when you are capping/holding something (even with a partner) the other side twink doesnt notice you and blow you up in seconds to teabag and /rofl at your dead body?
umad? just go and buy those 10k+ pieces worth of gold that will last for a bracket while leveling or farm a profession for an OP helm that will also last for only a single bracket. But it doesnt matter, twinks swarmed them all, so you gotta pump your gear game up so you wont be useless and free HK for the enemy.
So they have plenty of other choices to choose from, but want to ruin something a ton of people enjoy?

What Iâm worried about is that itâs not a bug. This same switchover happened around Cata (but was documented in patch notes unlike now) and only the 19 and 29 bracket was able to survive, and only on certain realms. We donât even know the implications of joined realms and cross-server because we donât have a comparison for that.
But currently even lower brackets are having issues.
On a generous average there are about 2-3 twinks per BG of 20 people. That still comes out to 10% of the population. However, those 10% hold hostage the other 90% of people.
The ton of people are NOT having fun.
Then they should spend 5 mins at the Ah and buy greens.
Vocal minority arenât having fun*
Most players actually learn how to use CC and play their characters better. They actually communicate and work together instead of mindlessly going in smashing every key they have.
Wanting to throw in a BG or two while leveling is âruiningâ them now?
lmao
Iâve played against people in the 101-109 bracket who had 50k+ HP, when the average at that level is 20k for non-tanks.
Greens ainât gonna get you that.
No, demanding que times go back to day long and killing twinking is.
