It’s not Blizzards incompetence, they can’t predict where people want to play.
You’re suggesting they lose money to cater to players who are stuck on servers that are dead because of what the players have done with transfers.
At the end of the day alliance will play on an alliance dominated server.
Horde will at on a horde dominated server.
That’s just how we play the game now as a player base and it isn’t blizzards job to predict which servers those are.
