I just got the Squire companion relic and i really like him. Im surprised that i never see anyone else with him. Why is this?

He does take up a Relic slot which could be used for a Libram. But once you level him all the way ive seen him do a 400 point crit on a mob. I got the details damage tracker mod and i dont see him show up on tracker. But he seems to do pretty good dps through a fight. Can take down a mob on his own. And he heals himself.

You can take him into dungeons if not raids. He has his own mount. And sometimes he acts as bait when your fleeing from a fight. Just seems to be a pretty cool feature of the game that ive always kinda wanted. So why does no one use him?

He’s awesome for solo content and PvP too, but there are better Librams at max level for endgame content.

Especially since he doesn’t attack anything unless it attacks you first. So in dungeons and raids, the only time he’ll do anything at all is if you’re a prot paladin (or if your tank is garbage)
