The Song of Renilash

This book has the Arathi Emperor’s prophecy in it and this is what he wrote:

The Song of Renilash
Chapter 11

  1. The Arathi, guardians of the Sacred Flame, formed the Aegis shield, a constellation of courage against the encroaching darkness. Their resolve, a beacon in the night, as stars began to fade into shadow.

  2. The Harbinger’s forces, nightmares of legs and claws, spun from the loom of oblivion, skittered across the battlefield. Their movements, a grotesque dance, echoed the discordant rhythm of a world teetering on the brink.

  1. The wall, built with the living rock of titans, bore the weight of the conflict. Each stone, a silent witness to the struggle, whispering tales of valor to the wind, stirring the spirits of warriors long gone.
  1. The remains of gods, scattered across the battlefield, pulsed with an unseen light. Their echoes, a clarion call, stirred the Arathi, compelling them to fight, to kill for the world’s dawn.
  1. Amidst the chaos, the forgotten one cried, “When the last star fades, the emperor’s crown will weigh heavy with the sins of a thousand years.” The stalwart soldiers threw down their spears and wept tears of blood and burning anger.

Number 18 is definitely about the Black Blood I’m guessing?

What do you think number 19 is about? Maybe about Anduin?

Also maybe I missed him, but where is the Arathi emperor? I feel like I haven’t seen him at all yet.

With the rest of the arathi. The ones in Hallowfall were part of an expedition

I’m guessing the last prophecy was about him then, maybe we will eventually see him.

I was thinking more like its a hint to something that’ll happen in Midnight.

Tears of blood feels very blood elfy

Ruling the Arathi Empire. He didn’t go on the pilgrimage to get wasted by the last battle between Void and Light. Kings send others to die in their name.

Furthermore remember A Song of the Depths:

“A dark heart left broken awaits the taking.”

The Dark Heart is broken and thus awaits the taking.

Remember: The Void Lords are currently blind to the lies the Nathrezim sowed in their midst therefore it is no surprise that Xal’atath was blinded into thinking that Renilash would go the way she expected failing to consider the Dark Heart was still intact.

I would expect Xal’atath to just hand the thing to Ansurek only for her death to get her drained of Wrath by the forgotten one.

“The golden one claims a vacant throne. The crown of light will bring only darkness.” - Il’gynoth

A vacant throne eh?.. Sounds like the Emperor is not actually present on his throne.

Azshara thinks it’s her throne(she outright states she seeks to claim it in Ny’alotha), Xal’atath thinks it’s her throne and yet I suspect that there is a 3rd Party who is Golden who will claim that Crown filled with the Sins of a thousand years when Beledar the last star fades.

Calling it now: Denathrius will appear in Golden Splendor and upon draining Ansurek of Wrath(after forcing Remornia’s Light into Nerubian Princess to cause a mutual annihilation of it and the Void inside Ansurek causing Remornia’s true form Beledar to turn Red with Sin) states “When the last star fades, the emperor’s crown will weigh heavy with the Sins of a thousand years.”

Beledar will be shown shifting from Gold to Red as he makes his speech and the Post-Raid Quest will have the Arathi reveal to the Players that the Emperor is Sire Denathrius!

Since the Void that normally infects Remornia is still there the Day and Night cycle will still be there but with Red instead of Golden.

I can’t seem to find this book. I went to the tent and it’s not there? Anyone else having issues with this?

He’s not in the game, he’s being foreshadowed.

The Arathi we interact with are not the main Empire. They are an expedition sent off to find Beledar after the Emperor had a vision of a Light crystal. The Empire are probably off on the other side of Azeroth, likely on the foreshadowed continent of Avaloren.
