This Delve storyline seems to be rare and not spawning often - can blizzard or someone look into this?

I have been trying for the last 11 days waiting for this story. Last one I need for the achievement. Doesn’t seem to be very ‘random’ to me.

Yea it had Luring Terror up 3-4 days in a row then Illusory Rescue for 2 days and now it’s back to Lurking Terror. Super annoying.

it seems quite random! it would be much less random if it were guaranteed to spawn every X days.
