You guys can just farm bugs after Tuesday. Most of the top guilds will be done by then. Quit complaining, there was no way your casual guild was ever going to get a mount.

this isnt a normal pvp matter you got entire horde/alli guilds working in tandem ignoring each other and picking off specific targets usually waiting for the other faction to MC others than they attack that lone target and go back to ignoring the other side and allowing them and only them to farm the area
basically they are ensuring only the players THEY want to be allowed access to the area anyone else in the zone is zerged griefed and corpse camped until they either leave the area or log off and Blizzard has done nothing
they are effectively allowing players to decide who can and can not quest in silithus

coming from a legal background⌠what is Blizzard supposed to do? How do they get proof that players are communicating via 3rd party and using said proof to pass disciplinary action? It isnt near as simple as you think.

Donât worry, I did not win it either. There are players that play while they sit at work currently doing the scarab lord farm and here I can only browse the forums during coffee or down time.

It was literally spelled out in the terms of service at one point. Of course Blizzard has moved those and changed those a bunch so itâs much more vague now. But in Vanilla it was pretty strictly enforced and since Classic is supposed to be a Vanilla-simulatorâŚ
Make a good-faith effort since they say they want to try to emulate Vanilla. Sure they probably wonât get every instance but the fact that they get some will serve as a deterrent for others.
Once you fail to make good-faith efforts it becomes difficult to justify any action. People can start claiming that itâs selective enforcement - surely you know this, coming from a legal background.
Report it and it will be looked into. Blizzard does not have to share any details publically.

But so many of these classic players were so sure that this was going to be their time to shine. This time, they would get to be the special one in a game that requires time over skill. Only of course they donât so we see all this crying.

The difference between good and bad customer service is in how you communicate with your customers. Making a statement on this widely complained about matter - even if unfounded - takes very little effort and goes to much greater lengths than hiding in a closet waiting for the storm to pass.

Cross-faction collusion isnât against the rules.
There was previously a rule against it in the TOS, but the TOS doesnât seem to exist anymore. Blizzard did away with it so that they no longer have to be consistent about how they moderate their game.
The classic community doesnât want communication.
That doesnât work here. No matter what statements Blizzard makes, they are met with vitriol. Itâs really no wonder that they have just severed communcation with the community, I canât fault them for that. Frosto outlines it pretty nicely here:
