Experiencing the same issue. Deleted all my other quests in case there might be some “phasing” issue or something. Abandoned the quest and reacquired it. Still nothing.

Same for me and I think it is because of the stupid theater debuff. I hope Blizzard fixes this ASAP. VERY annoying. So far the 21st Anniversary event has been pretty bad. Shame.
