I successfully killed Shadowguard Tazavesh to complete the quest, but before I could turn it in the cinematic played and after the cinematic was finished I am unable to interact with the npc required to turn in the quest. I currently have it listed as “Ready for turn-in” but cannot get to anyone to complete it. What can be done?

I abandoned the quest, and it gave me the next one.
