The second boss in Galakrond's Fall

I have found myself in the very interesting situation where everyone in my group has died and I end up solo’ing this boss on more than a few occassions. It’s really the only boss this seems to happen on, and I am trying to figure out what is so specifically unique about this boss that people seem to die really fast on it.

Manifested Timeways?
I admit I die to this boss when it’s been some time since I last did it.

It’s because the “arena” is divided up into zones once you engage, for the fast time verse slow time. But to me I immediately think uh oh, two of these zones are about to do an AOE, so I go to move out of it, but it constantly moves and then my casting speed is being all jumbled.

Next thing I know I’m tripping over myself dying to orbs flying at me. Once I’m dead I’m like oh, right, it’s that time mechanic. But the first pull always throws me off.

They literally took away the tank mechanic, so pretty sure nearly every tank can solo him at this point

My groups strat is just put a marker on my head and they all just shimmy along with me since I got no other mechanics to watch lol

Don’t forget Yazma. :dracthyr_blob_dance_animated:

People don’t stagger explosions, or drop one in slow area.

Bug happens where somebody gets double exploded and dies instantly.

Somebody spaces out and gets balled when the zones change.

I haven’t had this happen yet although admittedly my highest AD is like an 18 or something.

You’ve never had a hoard of spiders chase you during Yazma after fighting her for 5+min solo?

people not realizing that if you move as youre being dispelled with the debuff on the fast zone you will take damage. Proper way is to plant on fast zone and hope your healer is paying attention to dispell, before the area become slow zone.
