This quest is bugged for me and does not allow me any interaction with any of the seals. There was some issues with the cinematic just before accepting this quest as well.
You have to click the little cloud serpent next to Lorewalker Cho if this is the quest I’m thinking of. You cannot do this quest if you’re not riding around on said cloud serpent.
