The Sacrifices We Must Make

I do “The Sacrifices We Must Make” quest exactly as it is supposed to be done but it wouldn’t complete.

I had to do it 5 times before it finally registered the quest being completed.

It seems to not work while Niya is mounted and is unable to play the proper animation during the sequence. The quest completion trigger might be tied to an animation event?

I had abandon the quest, leave the area and retake the quest. Pain in the butt.
