Attempting “The Sacred Flame” quest - I have the phial and am literally standing in the Moonwell (location 60.1 72.8) and I can’t do anything with the phial. I click on it and I get a grey hand but there is nothing to click. AVOID THIS QUEST AT COST UNTIL FIXED
