Like i said zoomer, you guys feel entitled.
Apparently, even though itās not mentioned here at all, Blizzard distinguishes between āguaranteed tertiary statsā and ārandom tertiary statsā - if an item is GUARANTEED to have, say, 358 leech, then THAT leech will NOT carry over when you convert at the catalyst. This is the case with certain items from the new mega-dungeon, for example, Galakrondās Voracious Hide, a Hero level item, which, at 4/5, has 358 leech. When you convert it to tier, it loses the leech. Found this out the hard way, and it has made me very unhappy. Getting the run around from Blizzard support, who never clearly explained why the leech did not stay on the item, did not help with that.
