So something I’ve noticed when playable Forest Trolls get brought up is how it feels that the Amani tend to be treated as the only avenue for them. However for those unaware the Horde does have Forest Trolls with the Revantusk tribe.
Just wanted to spread the word.
Revantusk Tribe was also a spinter tribe from the Amani Empire too 
So in a sense, the Horde DOES already have Amani Trolls — in the same sense they have Gurubashi Trolls via the Darkspear (who were splintered from them).
It’d be cool to see some lore & maybe history with the Revantusk Tribe and the Amani later on in Midnight – but sadly, I doubt such will be the case 
But who knows, maybe in the future? I suppose it depends whether they decide to flesh them out further or not 
I feel like I witnessed the final impetus to this thread being posted.
Can I also say I hope the Revantusk feature in Zul’aman? They won’t, because the Taunka, Stonemaul, and Revantusk never show up (granted a lot of playable races never show up) but I could wish they played a role as the only Horde forest troll tribe.
It’s interesting looking at an older forest troll model given all the upset about the noses on the new amani in midnight. They actually did always have less prominent noses compared to darkspear or zandalari. Still not to the extent of those new models, but still.
I would prefer these guys or really any other branch over the Trolls of the original Amani Empire itself.
But in a sense we can’t consider them Amani anymore since they seperated from their ways, can we?
