The removal of Corruption brings a harsh reality for many

Content was adjusted to account for corruption. Most of the top performing specs were all using stat amps anyways.

Take away corruption and take away the added difficulty and the experience is the same, just the numbers are smaller.

Bad players are still bad, good players are still good.

The end.

You’re being rude to me. I’m not sure I’ve ever even once responded to you except here.

Not sure if I agree stat amps made players way better as it amped their best stat which made average players better as they had the added protection of messing up.

LFR existing has nothing to do with it. There were Heroic raids prior to DS and Heroic then was Mythic today. The only change was the name.

Sure, the design of the raid was easy in general.

I’m not a good enough player to have noticed corruption was gone.

I noticed because it said it in the patch notes and I don’t see my purple beam anymore… but that’s about it.

Exactly. My point was, most top players used stat amps - stat amps that increased their damage and throughput by them doing their regular rotation.

Take away corruption and decrease health/damage of mobs and the remaining effect is the same.

Good players are still good, bad players are still bad.

The top top of players ran vers amps because survival is what mattered at that high of level. Those players are in an entire other caliber anyways.

The point I was making is this thread is troll.

I’m glad it’s gone, personally.

Not a troll, a discussion

If you do not like it you are free to leave

So what I’m seeing is that giant death lazors are good, I will report this back to the secret forum/discord.

Me too it ruined pvp and I have never quit an expansion before.

As a solo player but joining world quest groups I felt kind of bad for healers, with too much corruption it made their job harder. I just cut back on my corruption and did much better. But that’s just my experience.

Lazors go PEW PEW PEW.

Demon hunters were ahead of their time.

Huh? How is this not a troll

Rest in Pepperonis

In shrine I had a dps warrior wearing about 100 corruption and… no cloak at all. At first I didn’t realize it and just assumed he was pulling off the tank, but after I looked I just let him eat dirt.

I have no idea why you’re being so rude to me…but I’d appreciate if you’d stop it.

This is not your thread. You have no right to tell people to get off ā€œyourā€ thread. When you posted it to the internet, it became part of eternity.

If you can’t deal with other people posting on the thread you think ā€œbelongsā€ to you, you could choose to not start trolling threads.

It is a typical elitist jerk move to declare that everybody who disagrees with them should get out of their thread. How about you?
