In the village of Dawn’s Blossom, just off the beaten path and near the end of town, sits an old tavern.
A facade of faded stone and red wood greets passersby that find themselves before the venerated building, with a circular door held open by a small sign. An enticing aroma of fried meats and roasted vegetables wafts from the entrance! Inside, the foyer steps down into a busy room, with large circular tables that fill the space. The muted lights of a lantern chandelier flicker overhead, as tendrils of smoke and incense lazily swirl about. It’s an un-assuming place that doesn’t judge its patronage, as people of all makes and sizes fill the seats.
At the back of the room sits the rounded counter, where the tavern-keep is frying up another order of food in the wok. Behind her sits a decorated back-bar with as much a storied history as the individual that works the cook station.
Stairs lead to the loft upstairs. It’s not much, but there’s at least a few beds on offer for those who need them. As well as a balcony to watch the sun set over the forest.
Welcome to the Red Wing!
Hello, everyone! Just making a post that the tavern is back after a Summer hiatus! I should also put in more effort into posting here on the forums, so I’ll do a better job of bumping this post.
We had a pretty good reopening this past weekend, and I’ll be running the tavern in Dawn’s Blossom on a bi-weekly schedule. Next tavern night with be the 26th! Hope to see you all there! A reminder that this is a neutral, cross-faction friendly event! Be sure to bring elixirs.
