Trust. “Action is being taken” is perfectly fine if the company has developed trust with the community and they have been just and consistent in the past. When they actively undermine that trust, as they have, then a simple statement is not enough. It’s not like we aren’t going to be able to notice when certain streamers “take time off” or admit they had action against them. If we don’t see that, then it’s just more lip service. The point is, when a company violates trust and can’t be depended on to do what’s best, you have to keep pressure on them. These threads are one avenue of pressure.
No, I’m on the same side I always was on the hard hitting issue of your intelligence.
It is very hard to get a perma ban and this applies to everyone. You have to do some pretty bad stuff like take advantage of a insta kill item, or buy an account that sold for thousands.
some streamer have shown screenshots of people reporting getting banned from last night. What more do you need? The streamers themselves are showing this to the thousands so those people are getting the message that extreme exploiting is being punished.
Save some ***** for the rest of us man.
And specialy Asmon who farmed bindings
Yeah. And those streamers aren’t the ones involved. Asmon isn’t involved. I’m not talking about the ones people just hate. I’m talking about the ones who instance exploited knowingly many times. And yes, Blizz will issue discipline. But it’s easy to do so for nobodies. Are they going to do this for the streamers who were involved? Let’s see.
I mean he’s chief scumbag, so no surprise.
I agree that Blizz need to make a categorical statement regarding what has happened, if only because a LOT of misinformation is flying around.
Next time you are in the bathroom, say that sentence outloud and really listen to the words that are coming out of your mouth.
I don’t take orders from BFA players, but what would be the point? To really soak in how pathetic you have to be to not want to play fair in a setting where anything that happens unfairly is entirely devoid of the knowledge you earned it? Stop thinking about me in the bathroom btw, weirdo.
The streamers and Guilds who have friends at Blizzard will be told bad, and nothing done to them.
Or so minor it will not matter.
Cheating to win is what it is all about.
Other players will be punished, so an example is set.
Then they would not be able to pick and choose who to let off.
I still believe any streamers that abused the exploit and not only purposely, but repeatedly, should be banned as well.
Bans for abusing any exploits should occur without distinction.
Where was this?
This is made up, he didnt farm bindings at all, why do people keep saying this? I saw how he got his one binding, it was not via layering exploiting.
I dont even like the guy all that much but the things people say about him are absurd, they just make things up.
Your an idiot.
“Your an idiot.” inb4 the edit if this isn’t bait.
Blizzard isn’t obligated to tell you or anyone else anything about the bugs they fix. You either pay for your sub or go away.
Would you pay for food at a restaurant and then later call them from home and ask them what time they are gonna mop the floors or count the money?
Gamers are so entitled, and it’s all self inflicted from a generation that is steeped in lethargy.
You either wanna be here or you don’t, it’s THAT simple.
Its not bait. You come off as an obnoxious, entitled, 20 somthing that loathes streamers because something something privilege.
Unless of course you are referring to your vs you’re as would be expected as something you would latch onto based on your attitude in this thread.
If a streamer is sharing exploits on their stream or actively cheating, I think it warrants a deeper investigation and I’m sure action will be taken if they are indeed breaking the rules
Feel this whole situation has been muddled by misinformation either by the malicious, the ignorant, or a combination of the two just throwing things around for the heck of it
Skarm demonstrated the procedure exactly once for his stream audience, and he announced directly afterward (cut off in that clip) that it was the only time he’d ever do it. He also did so in a completely inconsequential manner, to get an item from Gnomer that’s a three-minute solo farm, at most, and still having the layer-switch count toward his 1-hour lockout, in any event. I don’t consider that exploiting.
