Every person trying the game out for the first time does.
Great first impression.
literally no one goes to exile’s reach… they all level through chromie time.
why don’t you go do some investigative journalism and take screenshots of any human players you see in exile’s reach on illidan-US: the largest server on retail, ok?
You have to hit level 10 before you can start Chromie Time.
And any new player would have to know beforehand to make a character, enter the game, exit, and make a second character before they can do the normal starting zone.
as i politely requested earlier
you go do that and post the screenshots you see
As I politely requested earlier
Go do that and I might entertain humoring your request.
alright you have fun with your little journalism project, make sure to report back with your results!
have a lovely evening, friend
Yup, and this should apply in any game.
We play games to escape real life, folks shouldn’t be dragging their entire lives into them. That includes politics and money.
WoW is the only game I play where people can buy progress, it’s pretty P2W at this point, on retail and era.
I wouldn’t even be here if I didn’t have nostalgia keeping me around.
Also, SoD’s decision to remove GDKPs has bought Blizzard more time from me.
I just avoid games where whales frequent, unless it’s cosmetic-only.
No player wants to play with someone using their credit card as an advantage, because it becomes a money-pissing contest.
Like that guy who whaled out on Diablo Immortal to become the best player, and his PvP queues were so long because no one else wanted to play with him, nor could he find anyone at his level.
if someone has the disposable income required to buy a wow token, i don’t see anything wrong with that.
Just can’t expect me to play with them.
I don’t wanna play with whales lol, I want to enjoy the game normally.
Just because you can play a game with cheat codes on doesn’t mean you always should.
that’s fine, it is your decision whether or not you want to play WoW… should you choose to not play, i wish you the best of luck elsewhere
who said anything about unprofitable? it’s enough that they become less profitable.
if Susan Express moves on to another online game like hello kitty island adventure, and we’re only left with chuck-e-golds, it’s a win.
less bots = better. 0 bots = unrealistic and impossible
Probably one of the worst takes I’ve seen on the forums, and we all know that it’s a cesspool here.
You should spend more of that time away from wow, perhaps all of it. Think of all the thriving you would do!
Your opinion. If someone wanted to drop a $20 then let them. It’s their money. Their life. Their escape. You don’t know what’s happening on their side of the screen.
Other games allow this, fyi. There are boosts, campaign skips… this is not WoW exclusive.
That’s nice.
Irrelevant. This and the rest of your reply is just more “I want things to be my way because it’s how I want to spend my time. I don’t want people to spend their time how they want to.”
Sure, but I’ll just move away from those people.
You can’t force me to play with whales.
Avoid them whenever I can because I’d prefer my games not to have real money seeping into the gameplay.
I don’t spend money on P2W, never have, never will, and avoid playing with those that support it.
You’re irrelevant lol, did I ask you to reply? No, I didn’t.
Anyway, seeing from your other replies, not responding to you lol, you just enjoy stirring the pot.
Who’s irrelevant now?
Then don’t post on a public forum.
It’s good that you play games you enjoy, it really is, but you’re still a silly boots.
Then you truly haven’t done a lot of reading or seen most of what I’ve replied to. It would explain a lot, though. You have to fire out that reply super fast before I can reply.
I never said that you were. I said that part of your reply that’s supposed to be part of an argument was, but I’ve clearly upset you.
Then let them. It’s as if your entire argument is against that and comes off as ”People can only play games my way or I’m not gonna play.”
$30 for cosmetics makes me laugh, because that’s how much DF costs.
Half as much as an actual expansion.
People can do whatever they want, just don’t expect other to follow or agree with it.
As if I have any power to change what they do, lol
I only speak for myself
WoW already double-dips.
And everyone else by assuming they’re buying a token for “cheat codes.” You probably order take out every now and then, right? That can be considered “cheating” and probably ran you around $20.
If someone who can’t play as often or as much as you can needs to catch up to their friends after being gone a while, I don’t see the problem. It’s not impacting me and how I enjoy the game in any way.
You guys want the Wow token and pay to win in SoD? Fine, just don’t be surprised when the severs are dead. A vast majority of the population doesn’t want it, your the minority. Have fun whaling in a game no one is playing.
