The real reason the Man'ari Eredar joined the alliance

The others won’t admit this but it’s actually because ever since Sargeras was imprisoned and the burning legion in defunct (filled with a bunch of demon lords in-fighting). The next most evil faction in all the cosmos was the alliance.

Heck you’ve had a dreadlord in your midst for years and make excuse for the atrocities commited. Always blaming something else, you were tricked, your religion made you do it, it was a misunderstanding, or just lying about your wicked deed. It is the perfect faction for the most intelligent and devious of the man’ari.

Evil rots at the core of the “righteous” alliance. It looks like such a pristine apple on the outside, but on the inside not even worms dare tread.

It’s truly a work of art. So thank you, for having us. May we destroy the very souls of those horde beasts hehe.

For the alliance!

The reason why the Man’ari joined the Alliance was so Velen could get his G.O.A.T. squad.

These three are hilarious!

Ah poor misguided Velen. Crashing on planet to planet and joining forces with evil only to be inevitably betrayed. Hehe.

The real reason is to give players Draenei warlocks and appearance options. Lorewise, it doesn’t make sense.

You joined because of it being an a supposedly evil that rivals the Legion, I joined because of the cute girls. We are not the same.

The fact we still don’t have broken is depressing… but knowing blizzard… if they did make it a playable race, it would go to horde. So horde could have space goats.

Rot occurs when you are convinced that you are perfect. Maybe you are but a decline can be hidden under a shiny facade. People need to be vigilant about these things even in the real world. Often enough a crisis is mismanaged because there are those with power that benefit from the crisis, at least in the short run. I am not saying that the Alliance is an evil faction but there could, and most likely are evil people there. And I do not trust regent Thuraleon further then I can throw him. He is lightforged and as such can be corrupted by the Light. The Light is good and so are most lightforged but there is a risk of fanaticism. Such people should be at the frontlines, but they should not hold political power. King Greymane and Mathias Shaw do right by not trusting him.

I joined because I was told there would be cake?

Man’ari aren’t particularly unbalanced in the alliance as long as the horde can use Demon Hunters or Shadow Hunters. :balance_scale::robot:

Pretty sure that will never be lore and the current lore, that they actually want to repent, will be the only lore we ever get from the “penitent Man’ari”.

Chronicles 4 just cleared the Alliance of alot of its more shadier things. Like it or not, the Alliance is the shining good guy faction. We are the justice league of Warcraft, sure there are flaws but for the most part it is an organization attempting to do go. I have said it before but it bears repeating. It is the Overwatch of the Warcraft universe.

I always saw myself as the kind of person who would shamelessly change sides when the tide turns. I entirely get why they joined the alliance.

Yes! YES! Just like that! that’s exactly what I’m talking about! Thank you for proving to me, to all of us that we made the right decision in joining the alliance.

The alliance is good and pure and we are penitent wink

I just wish they joined the Horde. I wanted to be one on Horde real badly. Maybe one day… Horde’s all about giving outcasts and distrusted members of society a place.

This is good. We all know blizz makes evil looking characters be villains even if it goes against their whole personality. So having actual demons in the alliance opens the door for the villainbat.
