It is our own US oil companies that are gouging us. And they have a ton of unused oil rigs in the fields. Look at their profit line.
And, you could grow a garden. This rise in prices was known for a while. The concept or idea of a Victory Garden has a solid place in our history.

I did some quick reading and found a few things.

Chevron said that it will devote ten billion dollars this year to buybacks, double its previous target.
“We are not adding any growth capital due to higher prices: we are staying disciplined,” Lee Tillman, the chief executive of Marathon, told Wall Street analysts last week.”

This is from a quick google search. But clearly, corporations whose entire plan is to make money no matter what, are never responsible for anything bad.

There is 9000 permits that they can drill at. So maybe those gas companies just need to get to work?

Some people just dont’ think outside the box. My sweet husband is self employed building contractor and needs that truck he drives. Luckily lately he hasn’t had to drive far for his jobs and my state is one of the lowest fuel prices atm.
WoW is so insanely cheap for the entertainment value it provides.
