Actually, I’d say it’s interior decorating. Same idea as fashion/transmog/glamour, but usually a tad more freeform as you can choose where to put stuff. Just some wisdom from FFXIV which has both glamour/transmog and housing for quite a while now.
But I guess you can argue that transmog is still the “true endgame” for WoW.
… just not for much longer.

Transmog (and in the future, Housing) has and always will be endgame.
Unless you’re a roleplayer, then it’s Transmog, Housing, and Roleplaying.

And roleplaying using the correct lore of high elves is the real end game
The fashion in WoW is marginal at best. I like the Sarongs, they go well with the crop tops and bikini tops when the color matches but some of them are difficult to pair up.
They could offer shorts and skirts that match modern fashions. What we are seeing is a bit grandmama.

Mog, mounts, battle pets, toys, titles, achievements – the world is your oyster for non raid/pvp/M+/delve endgame.
Soon housing decor will be on that list.
Transmog was a mistake.
You misspelled “Player Housing”.
Which is why I stopped playing Classic already. I have zero transmog over there. lol

I’d go a step further and collect a battle pet that matches the mog. (And a mount, if you can.)
It’s like having a purse with a little chihuahua to complete the look.

Actually, since I am a old orc. I was right here (on the first forums) to actually see the transmog idea became a mega thread - a few times - and have devs come in and say it would never gonna happen.
