The Sentinax does not drop portals on its own.
Mobs under the sentinax do not drop the beacon item needed to somon portals.
Making it impossible to obtain the class hall mount.

Have you tried killing the marked elites that spawn all around the zone? Those should drop the beacons that you take back to use under the Sentinax to spawn the portals.

So apparently it was the zone we were in?
When the Sentinax moved to a new location it just started raining beacons.
