The quest Call of the World Soul does not show

I cannot get this quest on any character not on my 80 or any Alts that are yet to hit 80. I put in a ticket and got some rude comment about support not giving advice!?!?!?!?! Couldn’t believe that my question was being totally ignored. The quest giver is just not there. Relogged many times and they do not appear, checked Wowhead and Googled everyone says they are near the fligh path. No quest marker nor the quest giver appear.

Help!!!

This week has a different big overall weekly than the worldsoul meta of last week.

This is probably why you got the reply about support being unable to give in-game hints.

It was changed out this week.

I’m assuming it’s given in the same location? Because as I mentioned I cannot see any quest giver.

You might have a quest phasing the area/NPC. Did you start the new story campaign?

Edit: you also need access to the Vault of Memories to pick up the quest.

Where or what is the Vault of Memories?

The chain starts here, the second quest in (The Archive) should allow you access after you complete it.

Yes did the first part only second quest was to visit a few people and then to the council. Never had any additional quest from that location since.

Call of the Worldsoul was last week’s weekly. This week, the weekly is getting 100 Titan Disc Fragments off rares and elites.

Thanks but the issue is I cannot see or obtain any of these quests.

Okay simple solution they are world quests and I had not yet unlocked them was short by about 5 quests.

Then why does my Paladin see both the Worldsoul weekly and the Titan discs but my Warrior only sees the Titan discs? Does it “hang on” for uncompleted characters and stay available between weeks? Because checking the quest using a quest flag macro on my Warrior returns a “true” value so the game hasn’t reset it yet, but it’s still visible off-week on my alts.

I have the same - of my 2 lvl 80’s only titans quest available on 1, the other has both Worldsoul weekly and the Titan discs
So confusing…
