I am unable to do this quest, I talk to Consevator Starry Night he says ask Zayhad to open it, while a Fae Scroll appears. I talk to Zayhad it he brings up to the Sactum Upgrades, and I click on the scroll it says activating and nothing happens no matter how many times i try or re-pickup the quest.
