My character becomes stuck on the Campaign Quest: The Queen’s Chains. I will collect the chemicals and free the legs. When the cut scene starts my character will fade away, the dialog will play and the other characters will flee the room. At this point I can no longer see or move my character. All that I am able to do is pan my camera across the room. There is no moving forward at this point. I have had to request multiple character retrievals. If I abandon quest, and then log my character out, when I log back in my character falls from the sky and almost dies upon impact, where I am immediately targeted by dangerous mobs. I have tried this quest repeatedly since yesterday and no matter what I do I cannot get past this point. Please help.
