Your entire write up is insightful but also shows that there is a skill issue.
I’m not going to pick apart every detail but even mentioning that the bubble shields for a percent of current health as opposed to max health - the design implement then rewards early usage. You should need to trade out defensives when the other team is executing their strategy… that’s a basic concept of PvP.
Alter time is another CD that’s useless at low health - you don’t see mages complaining.
It just means you use that ability proactively rather than reactively. Just like pain suppression is a lot more beneficial if you anticipate the damage before hand.
They can’t buff us like everyone else, especially in PvP.
If they do they’ll drown in the tsunami of tears. We must carry this burden for their safety

the Tier pieces for Affliction really suck IMHO. They really need to improve them.
I’ll have a Tauren burger with a large goblin cola, and troll tots instead of fries 
Warlocks are pretty good in pvp.
This forum has a skill issue tbh.

We get it bro youre better than everyone no one cares. The rest of us having issues staying alive most games so just go join the gladiator lock thread or make one so all you condescending players can have a measuring contest elsewhere. This is the thread to express what the average warlock player is experiencing. k thanks

Get better at using our tools, or come here and hope for an OP spec that plays itself for you.

Playing warlock in solo shuffle in the last two weeks has been the worst experience I’ve ever had in pvp in all my years playing the game. 99% of the rounds Im the kill target, the 1% that Im not is because there is a destro warlock in the same lobby.
Precog is ultra garbage, since enemies can still stun you.
Our dots dont apply any pressure on healers anymore.
Its was fun in the first couple weeks when aff locks were overtuned and actually viable now they are just punching bags for everyone else.
So unless you’re a professional player, dont even try it.
