I know this should be on bug tracker, but I wanted to warn you.
During the “insanity phase” there is some kind of fatal error, if you are a Blood DK, it happens to me three times, the game crashes and turns itself off.
Luckily for me nobody died, but is only in the “insanity phase”
Keeps happening to me on my druid everytime…
Can confirm, game had a fatal crash during insanity phase on this boss. Rebooted, and immediately had another fatal crash since the insanity encounter was still active. This has happened everytime I’ve attempted this encounter.
Are you guys using IceHUD?
I was crashing only on this one boss, and found that disabling IceHUD resolves it.
Happens to me on disc priest, not class specific
Its a bug with any addon that uses dogtag.lib… Icehud is one addon that does.
Its not 100% crash though I would say it 80%.

I did some more testing today, and the above poster who mentioned Dog Tags was correct. If you go into IceHud’s options and disable Dog Tags at the top of the option page, no more crashing.
Does anyone know if the devs have stated they’re aware of this and/or trying to fix it?
Our rogue said he hard crashed on Volazj. Didn’t happen to me. Hope it gets fixed if it’s a bug.
Weirdly I had my game straight up not load when trying to get into Ankh today. Something that has quite literally never happened to me in WoW… well… ever.
It was the Addon IceHud - the Dog Tag feature.
