This entire forum, is just a small fraction of the community but it consists of toxic people looking for fights and not even trying to be constructive or understanding of each other.

It is not just one group of people. We all have a part in what makes this good or not.
Best advice is if you are part of the problem, in that list, then make the changes starting with you and then after, help get others to do the same.

What do you really expect? Anonymity brings out the worst in people. Remember when Blizzard tried to institute RealID? How well do you think that would go over today? People love to be jerks online. Its the one place they can be over the top when they express themselves, (largely) without consequence.
The response to the lawsuit on other social media has been like black and white compared to these forums. This specific community is definitely more of a problem.

Yeah, the only reason this nonsense goes on in the forums is because of anonymity. In real life most of you guys would get punched in the face.

The bad employees, because it’s clear that the toxic work environment is leading to people not being able to get their work done. Also, a lot of the women who reported sexual harassment to HR were part of the QA team, and were then laid off in retaliation because of their reports (it’s in the lawsuit case file). So you can blame the sexual harassment for why this game is so buggy now.
